About

BAUS is a new entity established with the goal of becoming a non-profit trade organization that bridges job creation in arts and entertainment with support of the environment and the youth.

Initially however it is meant to be a place where the apprentices of content creation can come together, share resources, and grow as professionals. We're made up of undergrads, freelancers, prosumers and budding entrepreneurs who have a greater interest in harnessing their destiny than having it dictated for them.

New platforms abound and the time for a self-made, socially conscious community is now. The tools are available and success is waiting. Baus just needs the manpower.

If you're into independent theater, film, webisodes, graphic novels, online comics or video game design, or have talents you feel would be best used in these fields, know that you have tremendous value. If in addition, you have progressive views on preserving our planet and a passion for engaging and empowering the young, you are what this community is built for.

To get started, I'll ask you to join me in submitting a little bit of time each week to cultivating a community of like-minded folks, stay connected via e-mail and on Facebook, and prepare to build something new and wonderful in the face of all adversity.
